Manage Installed Apps
Once a Kro App is built, you can find, launch, and manage it from the My Kro Apps section in the left sidebar.
Finding Your Apps
Click My Kro Apps in the sidebar to see a list of your apps. Click the grid icon next to it for a full card view showing each app's name, icon, and conversation count. Running apps show a green dot.
You can also open a Kro App directly from your system launcher (macOS Launchpad or Windows Start Menu) without opening KroWork at all.
Quick Actions from the Sidebar
Hover over any app in the sidebar and click ... to access common actions without opening the detail page:
- Start a new conversation
- Stop the app
- Rename the app
- Share the app via link or export as a ZIP
- Open the app's local folder
- Delete the app
What You Can Do on the App Detail Page
Click any app name to open its detail page. This is where you manage everything about a specific Kro App.
Keep building. Use the input bar at the bottom to start a new conversation, or click Continue on any past conversation to pick up where you left off. Each conversation is saved so you can track how your app evolved over time.
Launch without KroWork. Toggle Install to Launchpad to add the app to your system launcher. Once installed, you can open it directly from macOS Launchpad or Windows Start Menu.
Run on startup. Toggle Startup to have the app launch automatically every time your computer starts.
Check what's running. The Running Status section shows you whether your app is active. Click Stop to shut it down, or Open to view its interface.
Share your app. Click Share at the top of the page to generate a share link or export a bundle for others to install.
Delete the app. Click Delete in the toolbar. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
